Project Management (BUSI 1103)

This course will give participants an understanding of the project management discipline, an insight into the application of project management in their job, a framework for successful implementation of project management techniques and practical tools for process improvement, team motivation and communication. Case studies are used to illustrate successful applications of the project management discipline in a variety of business settings.
