Coaching Next Level (LEAD 1118)

Building on the prerequisite, this course presents a set of strategies and skills to leader-coaches, who must expand their capacity to assist individuals and teams in order to achieve practical outcomes. Learn when to use skill and/or motivational coaching and how to conduct collaborative, focused performance discussions; help employees overcome obstacles; and develop skills in self-management, creative collaboration, and accountability. Prerequisite: Coaching for High Performance (LEAD 1115).
