This training provides students with the essential theoretical knowledge related to the natural gas for vehicles installation code B109-14. The course will prepare students to write the Vehicle Conversion (CNG – Compressed Natural Gas) certificate of qualification licensing examination administered by Technical Safety BC (TSBC). In addition to theoretical knowledge, students will inspect, diagnose, service, and repair natural gas (CNG) powered vehicles. A training manual is included in the course.

All registrants who wish to complete the licensing certification are advised to check the qualifications (prerequisites) to write the exam directly with TSBC. Applicants must book their own exam outside of this training course.
This course is recognized as acceptable training for the pressure fuels endorsement on a commercial vehicle inspectors license.
